Top 10 Reasons Bamboo is High on 1400 Hi Line

1400 Hi Line is downtown Dallas' newest luxury property. They just opened their doors to the first resident move ins and we are already getting awesome feedback. Here is a review of the top 10 reasons Bamboo is high in 1400 Hi LIne:

#1 - Prime Downtown Location
If you are like me and love to entertain, leasing at 1400 Hi Line is for you.
All the fun and convenience of living downtown without living in the middle of the traffic congestion, noise, one-way streets, and a parking shortage. The property offers 2 levels of covered guest parking and plenty of space on the 6th floor amenity deck to host your family and friends. Within 1 mile of your front door you can be at the American Airlines center, Oak Lawn dining, Victory park or inside the historical West End.

#2 - LEED Certified Green Build

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a voluntary, consensus-based, market¬-driven program that provides third-party verification of green buildings. From individual buildings and homes, to entire neighborhoods and communities, LEED is transforming the way built environments are designed, constructed, and operated. Comprehensive and flexible, LEED addresses the entire lifecycle of a building.  Leasing with a  LEED property of ours, like 1400 Hi Line is just one of the ways we can give back to our world.

#3 - Awesome Saltwater Pool

Would you love a heated salt water infinity edge lap pool? There is nothing better than ending a hard work-out, or long day at the office with a nice swim  in your exclusive heated lap pool. I love the fact that the property offers the saltwater, easier on my hair skin and nails! The evenings do this pool justice as the blue lights underneath are magnified with the city view of downtown Dallas. It is just breathtaking.

#4 - Professional, on-site Management

They are simply wonderful. From the concierge you are greeted by at the front door to the leasing agents everyone is so happy to answer your questions about living in the Design District. Upon moving in you will meet Stratton, Kyle or Eleda at the concierge desk, both are top notch! 24 hour surveillance is a luxury you can not afford to lease without in a very progressive city. From the garage to the elevator the cameras will be watching out for your safety and comfort as a resident of 1400 Hi-Line. In the leasing office you will be assisted by Mary, Jade, Danielle, Jackie or the very friendly manager herself Lisa. When you need any help with Maintenance Zach is awesome, completes work orders in less than 24 hours.

#5 - Gorgeous Finish Out

1400 Hi Lines interior finishes are a cut above. Would you like a rain shower? How about a new stainless steel refrigerator by FRIGIDAIRE? DONE! You get the choice of granite counter tops as well as a color scheme of cabinetry to make your home your own. All homes come with hand scraped hardwoods throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as new cut Berber in your bedroom. Every home comes with custom paint and 10-11 foot ceilings.

#6 - Spectacular 360 Views

Whether you face north or south, the city views of downtown Dallas are just gorgeous. If you choose to view North Dallas you wake up to a beautiful sunrise, and at nite the medical district and market center of Dallas are lit up with lights for your viewing pleasure.  The famous skyline is only short an ocean view...hey this city is nice but we cannot offer the ocean too. I tried...overall we cannot offer you a mountain or ocean view, but the city is majestic to gaze upon especially in the evening. Come see it for yourself!

#7 Fitness Center
State of the art equipment in your 24 hour fitness center. I kid you not, when you step on the treadmill, Jillian Michael's pops up on the tv screen attached, offering you a challenge for your workout. There are tracks, drills so talk about inspiration? Jillian Michael's, the trainer is in her sports bra sporting your abs so who would NOT like to look at this while jogging in place?

#8 -  Neighborhood Attractions
One of Dallas new and up and coming districts, the Design is just west of American Airlines Center. Located conveniently off I-35. Formerly an Industrial area, now you can dine at the Meddlesome Moth for an eclectic experience at the Mother Of All Tap houses! Offering more beer selections than any bar in Dallas, you will enjoy chefs prepared selections. The ahi tuna and fish/chips are 2 of my favorites. After lunch you can window shop at the New Rug Company Handmade, Dallas Contemporary, Bo Concept or Poggenpohl. Within the next season, runners, bikers and bladers will be able to take the Katy Trail from Highland Park, through the Design District (steps from the Moth's front door), all the way to Kessler Park in Oak Cliff.Awesome!

#9 - Unique Architectural Features
Although the apartments are luxurious being new construction, Your space is still your own. Select floor plans offer sliding barn style doors, open soft loft lay-outs , also most have floor to ceiling windows offering natural light. Living in the Design area is inspiring and walkable to world famous designer outlets.

#10 - Moving in Made Simple

Once your application is approved,  your leasing agent reserves the very convenient loading dock and freight elevator. With this, your movers simply load up and deliver your furniture safely to your home, time efficient and no stairs required.
